I’ve seen this band many times but I’ve never seen *this* band! The new Mk4 line up of the Doonicans did not disappoint, playing a set so full of energy, madness, mayhem and hilarity. New songs and old favourites alike went down a storm with the enthusiastic audience. The venue was sold out and getting a decent view of the stage was not easy for those of us of average height but once I found a point on the balcony from where I could see around two thirds of the stage, it was an excellent night!

We have seen The Doonicans twice before and was saddened when Bjorn left, however we were excited to see the new line up and we were not disappointed they were amazing and cannot wait to see them again.

The new line up of the band was even more amazing than the old line up. The additional members added a new dimension to the sound and the vibe was fabulous. I would highly recommend this band to anyone, but so long as I can still get tickets.

I’ve seen the band twice now. This time it was a new line up and they smashed it. The most fun you can have in a tank top! Comedy lyrics but the guys are still musicians and play their instruments with skill and precision whilst seemingly being relaxed and having fun.
